The Tourism Office of the Jerez de García Salinas City Council, Zacatecas, located at Plaza Principal #11, Centro, 99300, Jerez, Zacatecas, Mexico, is responsible for processing the personal data provided through the Business Registration form in the Jerez tourist directory.

Purpose of Processing

The personal data collected will be used solely and exclusively for the following purposes:

Including the business in the official Jerez tourist directory.
Promoting the business on the municipality's official channels and the tourism platform.
Direct communication with business owners to coordinate published information.
Compiling business directories for informational purposes for visitors.

The data provided will not be shared, sold or transferred to third parties outside the Tourism Office, except where a legal obligation requires it. Administrative, technical and physical security measures are implemented to protect personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use.

Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and may be deleted upon the data subject's request.
